Dave Hill joined Ian, Joey, and I for a nice little 37 minute jog. We ran a rather scenic route through some of the nicer parts of Winter Park checking out some million dollar homes as we discussed the upcoming soccer season (kicking off Sunday at 11am). I felt really good on the run today and could have gone well over an hour. We are doing 2-3 miles on our own tonight in preperation for a long run Wednesday. I am hoping for the 9-10 mile range.
