Get With The Program!

Ok, so we have decided to go with the famous Hal Higdon (whoever that is) Marathon Training guide. I have a feeling that I will be cursing ole Hal on a daily basis. Hal's program is 18 weeks long and consists of 4 running days, 1 cross-training day (my soccer games) and 2 rest days each week. The first week includes 3 3-mile runs and a 6 mile run. In order to ramp up, I am delaying Week 1 for a week while I just get into the swing of running.
