Pace, Hills, and Speed
Took advantage of a nice day and a long lunch with by getting in a nice workout today. First I ran 2 miles outdoors at my 9 minute pace. I followed that up with: 1/4 mile at 5.5 speed and 9.5 incline, 1/4 mile at 9.5 speed 0 incline, then 1/2 mile at 7.1. I moved to the bike for 2 miles, then did some abs. I will likely lounge or get in a swim workout at the beach tomorrow, then playoff soccer on Sunday.
