While Ian could not run with us tonight, Ronnie substituted in for the night to join Joey and me. We planned on a nice 4 miler, but Ronnie took us from Ward Park to Rollins College, around Lake Virgnia to Baldwin Park and back to Ward Park. 8 miles at a good pace. We had a great time. Joey is the real story tonight. His previous long run was 36 minutes. What a champ man, he went 63 minutes and still had gas in the ole tank! Nice work broseph!
