Delray Beach Milagro 5k Race Results

So I ran another 5k, the Milagro Run for Miracles 5k in Delray Beach. I ran much better (in terms of pace and overall consistency) than I did two weeks ago in the Boca Torch 5k. My time improved to 22:43 and I came in at 24 of a couple hundred runners. For some reason, the Milagro 5k results still aren't posted. Stay tuned for thr 5k results. The Milagro Race results are now posted - http://www.eteamz.com/accuchiptiming/files/4THANNUALRUNFORMIRACLES5KRUN-WALK.HTM

Hey Scott,
I am pleased to have stumbled upon your blog this morning. I searched for a chart to show the difference between treadmill speeds and road speeds and this popped up. I am training for a half marathon for CCFA at the moment and I also have Crohn's. Keep up the great work!!
